FARM OPPORTUNITIES

Here is an opportunity for a young or new farmer in the Ottawa area. Please circulate to anyone you know who might be interested. Land available for rent: 32 acres plus a modern house located approximately one hour west of Ottawa, near a lake and a conservation area. Owners are seeking someone who would farm the land organically (land is not yet certified). May well be a good spot for a market garden or CSA operation. There may be opportunity to rent additional adjoining land in the future as well. Please contact David Stein at 613 623 2036 or davelstein@aol.com for more information and/or to arrange to see the land.
