Privacy Policy
As a member of Canadian Organic Growers (COG), we will keep you updated about the work we do at COG. We will send you an annual package one month before the Annual General Meeting which outlines the items that we would like you to vote on, including the list of people running for the board of directors. If you give us a gift greater than $20, we will mail your tax receipt in February of the year following the donation. We will occasionally contact you about events or special offers, or send you information in which you've indicated an interest electronically or by mail. Please let us know by email (officeatcog.ca) if you do not wish to receive communications from us.
COGis committed to protecting the privacy of its employees, members, customers and other stakeholders. We value the trust of those we deal with and of the public, and recognize that maintaining this trust requires that we be accountable for how we treat the information that you choose to share with us. However, since we our organization is based on the grassroots work of our 13 regional chapters, we do share information with our chapters so that they can mail you local newsletters or let you know about events in your area. If you do not wish to receive communications from the chapters, please let us know.
